“ I've only been to the one in Monterey but these are the best tacos I have ever had. They make the tortillas from scratch on the truck. The meat is great quality, I have had VERY few fatty pieces. The marinade is delicious and the salsa is FANTASTIC. My only downside is the wait. But thats what you get when your food is made to order and fresh! ”

Edit: 1 week after I wrote this first review, the Watsonville location is far superior to the Salinas truck, and theres quite a large price difference in Salinas as well its more expensive than Watsonville, I actually dont mind that if it tasted the same. Sadly Ill only do the Watsonville truck now. ”
“ I always stop here before heading to Santa Cruz. The tortillas are handmade but it's worth the price. They have a vast range of items on the menu. Everything from tacos, burritos, tortas, hamburgers, and even hot dogs. The meat is always flavorful and the green sauce is amazing. If you're in town you should definitely stop here. The line isn't bad but the food is well worth it. They take their time with the food since the tortillas are hand made but it's definitely worth waiting for. The parking structure is not the best especially during the afternoon so be prepared to drive around for a while. All in all I definitely recommend this taco truck. They go above and beyond to give you a plate worth waiting for. ”
